It includes an assortment of five carefully selected sashimi dishes delivered directly from Sado and Niigata, as well as boiled red snow crab, which brings out the sweetness of the dish! The main dish is grilled Okinawan sticky pork and vegetables wrapped in bamboo leaves.Enjoy a special moment with a course that allows you to fully enjoy the seasonal flavors of Niigata, including "Suzuki and Asparagus Tempura" and "Bomb Rice" as the final dish!
