*Reservations are accepted from July to the end of August.*This is Gyoruko's recommended special ingredient course! It includes the king of white fish, "Salted-grilled Nodoguro", as well as "5 kinds of carefully selected sashimi" and "fried local rock oysters" delivered directly from Sado and Niigata! The main dish is "Stamina-grilled Niigata beef and seasonal vegetables".The final course is corn rice, allowing you to enjoy a luxurious meal!
