It includes an assortment of five carefully selected sashimi dishes delivered directly from Sado and Niigata, as well as boiled red snow crab, which brings out its sweetness! The main dish is grilled local sticky pork and vegetables.Enjoy a special moment with a course that allows you to fully enjoy the seasonal flavors of Niigata, including [Suzuki and Okra Tempura] and a final dish of [Corn Rice]!
